Customers may request store credit or exchanges within 15 days of receiving their order. Please be aware that we adhere strictly to this policy; refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Additionally, all items purchased from our sale category are considered final sale, meaning they are not eligible for returns or refunds. For items purchased outside of the sale category, we happily offer store credit for returns, but please note that we allow only one return or exchange per order. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. While there are currently no restocking fees in place, we reserve the right to implement them on a case-by-case basis if necessary.
In the rare case that you receive damaged goods or face a packing error, we encourage you to contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Our team is dedicated to resolving such issues swiftly and efficiently. We recognize the importance of clarity when it comes to product representation. While color variations can occur due to differences in screen resolutions and slight discrepancies in fabric prints, these should not be mistaken for defects. To ensure the longevity of your swimwear, please adhere to the care instructions provided on the tags and be aware that factors such as chlorine, lotions, and hot tubs can affect the color and quality of your items.

Instructions for a "Return Exchange"
When returning swimwear items, we kindly ask that you ensure they meet the following requirements for a smooth and efficient return process. First and foremost, please make sure to return the items within 15 days of your purchase to maintain eligibility for a refund or exchange. It is essential that the swimwear is in its original packaging, unworn, and free of any odors or makeup stains. Additionally, please include the receipt with your return, as it serves as proof of purchase.
To ensure that your return is processed quickly and without issues, please confirm that the swimwear includes the panty liner and tag still attached. If you are looking to exchange your swimwear for a different size or style, kindly note your preferred choice on the receipt before sending the items back. We recommend packaging the items back into their original packaging, if available, to help save on shipping costs.
Once you have prepared your return, take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a shipping label to send the items back to the designated address. For your convenience, we suggest using first-class shipping and including tracking for your return to monitor its progress. Please be aware that the cost of returning the item to us, as well as the time taken for the return to reach us, is your responsibility.
